How can we help?

Contact support@colormimic.com for help with ColorMimic, account or privacy requests, and reports about shared content.

Creating a palette

Choose or take a photo, then explore its colors. Long-press a swatch in the app to lock or unlock it. Creating another palette keeps locked colors in place.

Sharing

Sharing an image from your device does not require an account. Choose Share online to sign in and publish a page with your creator name. You can remove published links from your shared-link controls.

Account and content requests

For account deletion or help removing published content, email us from your account address and include the relevant palette link. To report content, include its link and a short explanation. Never include your password.

Tell us what happened

Include your device model, operating-system version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove any sensitive information first.
